Placing an order is easy: simply choose the product you want, add it to your cart and complete your purchase at checkout.

Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We offer payment through the payment options available in our online shop, such as card payment, Klarna and Vipps.

We are not currently registered in the Norwegian VAT Register. Prices therefore do not include VAT.

Delivery times vary and are stated in the online shop or in your order confirmation. Some products are handmade and may therefore have a slightly longer delivery time.

We ship orders within Norway. For delivery to other countries, please get in touch before ordering.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and delivery address, and are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We offer safe delivery with our chosen shipping carriers.

For special orders or larger products, the shipping cost may differ. In such cases, shipping and delivery will be agreed in advance.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), counted from the day you receive the item.

Send us an email at support@dorascollection.no within 14 days of receiving the item, letting us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the customer's own measurements, choice of colour or specifications.

If your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dorascollection.no. Feel free to include photos and a description.

Your right to make a complaint is governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).

All products from Dora’s Collection are handmade. Small variations in size, shape and colour are a natural part of the craft and make each product unique.

If you have any questions, or would like to order a bag in a different size or colour from the one shown, you are very welcome to get in touch with us. We are happy to help you with a personal order.

Yes, many of our products can be ordered in the size and colour of your choice.

As the products are handmade to order, such requests will have a slightly longer delivery time than items in stock. The delivery time is agreed with you before the order is confirmed.
