ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

 

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer the payment options available in the online store, such as card payment, Klarna and Vipps.

Do the prices include VAT?

Dora's Collection is currently not registered in the Norwegian VAT register. Prices therefore do not include VAT.

 

DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times may vary and will be indicated in the online store or in the order confirmation. As some products are handmade, certain items may require slightly longer delivery times.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Norway. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us before placing your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and delivery address, and will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

We provide secure shipping through our selected delivery partners.

For custom orders or larger items, shipping costs may differ. In such cases, shipping arrangements will be agreed upon in advance.

 

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Do I have the right to return my order?

Yes. You have a 14 day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws, counted from the day you receive the product.

How do I request a return?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at support@dorascollection.no within 14 days of receiving your order and inform us that you wish to return the item.

Who covers the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Does the right of withdrawal apply to all products?

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom made according to the customer's measurements, color choices or specifications.

 

COMPLAINTS

What should I do if the item is defective or damaged?

If your product has a defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dorascollection.no. Including photos and a short description will help us process your request more efficiently.

How long is the complaint period?

The complaint period follows the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.

 

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Are the products identical to the photos?

All products from Dora's Collection are handmade. Small variations in size, shape and color are a natural part of the craftsmanship and make each product unique.

If you have any questions, or would like to order a bag in a different size or color than shown, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you with a personal order.

Can I order a product in a different size or color?

Yes. Many of our products can be customized in your preferred size and color.

Since the products are handmade to order, such requests may require longer delivery times than items that are in stock. Delivery time will be agreed upon before the order is confirmed.
