These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods from dorascollection.no, operated by Dora's Collection (Dora Loro Consultancy, org.nr. 820 938 712).

By making a purchase in the online store, you accept these terms and conditions.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

Dora's Collection is currently not registered in the VAT register. Therefore, prices do not include VAT.

Any shipping and delivery costs will be stated before the order is completed.

If the business becomes liable for VAT, this will be clearly stated in the online store, and prices will then be updated in accordance with current regulations.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment solutions offered in the online store, such as card payment, Vipps or other available solutions.

The amount is charged when the order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place to the address provided when ordering.

Normal delivery times are stated in the online store or in the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary, especially for handmade products.

Dora's Collection cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

7. Risk and ownership

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are taken over by the buyer or delivered in accordance with the agreement.

Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer when full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within the deadline via email to support@dorascollection.no.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer covers return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made according to the customer's measurements, color choices or specifications.

 9. Return

Returns must be arranged in advance by contacting customer service.

If the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided that the item is in satisfactory condition.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

10. Complaints

If the product has a defect, the buyer must make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.

Complaints should be sent to support@dorascollection.no with description and any pictures.

The right to complain follows the Consumer Purchase Act.

11. Handmade products

Dora's Collection products are handmade. Small variations in size, shape and color are a natural part of the craft and are not considered errors or defects.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data is regulated by our Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

13. Changes to the Terms

Dora's Collection reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. The current terms and conditions are always available on the website.

14. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or handled in accordance with Norwegian law in Norwegian courts.
