Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by selecting the desired product, adding it to the shopping cart and completing the purchase at checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation after purchase?
Yes. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment via the payment solutions available in the online store, such as card payment, Klarna and Vipps.
Do the prices include VAT?
Dora's Collection is not currently registered in the VAT register. Therefore, prices do not include VAT.
Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary and are stated in the online store or in the order confirmation. Some products are handmade and may therefore have a slightly longer delivery time.
Where do you ship?
We ship orders within Norway. For delivery to other countries, please contact us before ordering.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size and delivery address, and are displayed at checkout before completing your order.
We offer safe delivery with our selected shipping providers.
For special orders or larger products, shipping costs may vary. In such cases, shipping and delivery will be agreed in advance.
Returns and cancellation rights
Do I have the right to cancel?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Danish Right of Withdrawal Act, calculated from the day you receive the goods.
How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
Send us an email to support@dorascollection.no within 14 days of receipt, and let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Who pays return shipping?
Buyer covers return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Does the right of withdrawal apply to all products?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made according to the customer's measurements, color choices or specifications.
Complaints
What do I do if the item has a defect or damage?
If the item has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dorascollection.no . Please attach pictures and a description.
How long do I have the right to complain?
The right to complain follows the Consumer Purchase Act.
Handmade products
Are the products exactly like the pictures?
All products from Dora's Collection are handmade. Small variations in size, shape and color are a natural part of the craft and make each product unique.
If you have any questions, or would like to order a bag in a different size or color than what is shown, please contact us. We will be happy to help you with a personalized order.
Can I order a product in a different size or color?
Yes, many of our products can be ordered in the desired size and color.
Since the products are handmade to order, such requests will have a slightly longer delivery time than items that are in stock. Delivery time is agreed in dialogue before the order is confirmed.
